Shipping is free.
For the satety of all of our customers, we do not allow returns. You can be assured that the toys we send to you have never been touched by another bird. And for that matter, a very limited number of humans as well.
We collect feedback data from our customers about what kind of bird they have and how happy that bird seems to be with the toys we send it. This allows us to get a good idea about what kind of toys different kinds of birds seem to enjoy most. From those species profiles, and your own bird's past preferences, we try and predict what toys your bird would like next.
Sometimes we guess wrong. Sometimes your bird won't like the toy we send or will even be frightened of it. Let's be honest tho, the same thing would likely happen from time to time if you were to pick toys out yourself. There is no avoiding that. And if you were to buy a toy at a pet shop, they wouldn't (or shouldn't) let you return it either.
We will say this tho... if you make a good faith effort to profide feedback on your bird's reaction to the toys we send, and one of our toys actually scares your bird, we will ship another toy that month free of charge.
