Q: How does the Bird Toy Club work?
A: Just use the shopping cart to buy one of the 3 sizes of toy subscription offered. Then, once a month, on the anniversary of your sign-up, we will ship a toy selected from our inventory. The exact toy we decide to send will depend upon what we think your bird may like based upon feedback from you and from other owners with the same species of bird.
Q: Do you guarantee that my bird will like every toy you send?
A: No... tho I wish we could. The fact is that birds, even of the same species, have widely varying reactions to toys. These reactions are unique to each bird and are based upon personal preferences and even the number of new toys a bird has been exposed to. So we can not guarantee complete avian satisfaction on each and every shipment. If you judge a toy to be entirely inappropriate, we will send a second toy out to you upon request.
Q: What if my bird doesn't like the toy?
A: Give your bird a week to decide if the toy is going to be fun and interesting, or not, before you give your product feedback on the toy. If your bird seems afraid of the toy, remove the toy from the cage and try hanging it on the outside of the cage. The bars may give your bird the confidence to then approach the toy to investigate. Once comfotable with the toy on the outside, hang in at the saame spot on the inside.
Q: Is there a minimum subscription term?
A: No. But we encourage you to stay at least 6 months to allow us time to adjust our selection criterea to your bird.
Q: Do you keep my Credit Card number to bill each month?
A: No, we never actually see it. Our credit card processor (Authorize.net) keeps the number in their super secure systems and uses it there. Your credit card info is never at risk.
Q: Are there extra costs?
A: Tax maybe... if you live in Texas we have to charge sales tax. But other than that, when you pick a package (small, medium or large), you will be billed only that amount once a month on the anniversary date of your order. No shipping or handling charges will be added.
Q: What if I have more questions:
